Welcome to ImagiProof. By downloading, installing, or using the ImagiProof mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

ImagiProof provides machine learning-based image analysis to detect deepfakes, AI-generated graphics, and photo manipulations. The service is provided to verify image authenticity for personal, educational, or informational use.

2. Credit-Based System

The App operates on a credit-based model to regulate ML server usage:

  • Cost per Scan: Each image analysis transaction consumes exactly 2 credits.
  • Earning Credits: New users are granted 10 free credits upon sign-up. Additional credits can be earned by watching Google AdMob rewarded advertisements inside the App (awarding 5 credits per ad completed).
  • No Cash Value: Credits are virtual tokens used solely within the App. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-transferable.

3. Disclaimer of Accuracy

While our machine learning models are regularly updated to recognize state-of-the-art AI-generation and deepfake techniques, no analysis is 100% accurate. ImagiProof results are probabilistic assessments and should not be used as absolute proof or relied upon for legal, journalism, or high-stakes decision-making without independent validation. We offer the app "as-is" without any warranties of any kind.

4. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Submit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or abusive content.
  • Circumvent or exploit the credit-based scanning model (e.g., via automation or scripts).
  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the source code or machine learning models of the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImagiProof, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App or reliance on its image analysis results.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
